get a take off front bumper, then get the CDC aggressive lip, and use lexan to mount 2 splitter retainers to it. and drill through the front support and bolt together. thats how the miller cup mustangs are but just more expensive. you can get a sheet of think lexan for about 100 bucks and cut to form. the splitter retainers you can get from most part supppliers like summit and jegs...

Cop_on_my back, don't worry about it. I certainly hope to have my car put together by December.

I think I will get a OEM take off bumper, new headlight, grille, possibly order a CF hood (not sure which company is good quality, I am worried about fitment.) I'll send them all to Point Roberts, then drive across the border in my truck to pick up the goodies.

You are lucky you live where you do, it is easy to just drive over the line. I have to pay about $120 return on that damn ferry!

Me and my buddy at EvoSport are gonna make carbon fiber brake ducts to fit my Saleen front bumper. It will slide over the back of the 2 openings on both sides of the front bumper and the drivers side will have a hose on the top going to the air intake box. I'll let you know how it turns out!

That sounds good cause I can't find a single company that makes them. Which I find kind of surprising

MellowYellow, I wonder why? :p, I also think the GT500 look is pretty nice, but my car lacks that Cobra power, and the GT takeoff front end is cheap!

Arizona, that chin looks pretty damn sweet, it might be a little too low for me, my car is on Steeda Sports, but I am running a 25" tall tire (285/30/18 R888s), I was already scraping on some parking lot entrances.

It's pretty low on Eibach Pro-Kit springs and 275/35/18 track rubber...clears speedbumps but not by much.

I didn't tape down the center section, so it has some freedom to flex if it hits a more resilient object. Judging by on-track pictures it still doesn't deflect at speed.

Why are you driving those tires on the street, mang?

My style of driving requires race tire grip at all times. :p
But honestly, I don't really drive my car that often (25,000km for a 2007 GT). I just sometimes take it out at night, to the grocery store, etc.

Usually I go back to the stock AS tires, but I had a few track days and auto-x's really close together, so I left the tires on for a few weeks. They're nearly impossible for me to spin in the dry. Not so much in the wet :( :( :(

I had two track days Monday and Tuesday and thought about leaving the NT01s on Monday night for the 1 hour drive home. Then it rained Monday afternoon and after looking at the tread on my NT01s, now down to the two longitudinal grooves, decided it was a better idea to swap the tires before the drive home :(

I like the saleen heritage bumper cover, is like the GT500 but works with all the GT stuff (headlights, grille and hood), I have one to install, plan to use the lower holes for brake cooling (as in the saleen cars).
