No, not weird. Lots of people go crazy for her; she's the life of the party around here! :)

Here's some super-focues eyes for ya. She was scoping out a bird!

Gotta throw in a baby pic, this should have you shopping for one ASAP. haha

I'd caption this one: "It's dangerous out there, take one of these" LOL

I like cats I have a few of those now. I jsut can't bring myself to get another dog. My second "golden" was my best friend. It was a Golden Retriever that I had for 18 years. It was a gigantic loss when he died.

Here's my baby girl, a four year old beagle...

I also have a 14 year old Rottweiler/Chow mix...

Could be the angle, but don't see chow or rot in there. Looks more like lab and something?

I am always amused by the guesses they make at the pound with muts...

We came by a Belgian Sheppard (found on the highway by another family member). They came up with some random combo of sheppard and chow - but when we got him to our vet she handed us a picture of a Belgian Sheppard and there's no question at all - they are all very similar in appearance (at least this particularl sub-set of the breed)...

Similar experiences with other pound pooches - lab/cocker mix that they had chalked up to beagle and something else black... (best ears ever on that dog - I miss them almost as much as I miss the dog).

These are mine......I think. Not really sure. The cat (Sarge) belongs to my youngest son but he's living with his mom in Pennsylvania. He didn't want to uproot his cat so I'm stuck with this asshole. Comes to the window around 8pm and meows to be let in so he can eat. 15 minutes later he's at the door howling to be let out. Then he's off galavanting again. Bastard. I hate that cat.

Then there's Uriah. Stupid name. Damned oldest kid brought him over here and said, "Look what I found....I've got a dog." Now I'm taking care of him because that butthead is never around. This is one happy dog.....fucker is all over the place when I'm back there with him. Only person I know (besides my youngest kid) who is that happy to see me.

And for you animal-cruelty jackals who are going to piss and moan about having him on a runner.......the damn fence is destroyed on one side because one of the neighborhood kids ran through the fence on his YZ125 he got for Christmas. Have to fix the fence before I let Captain Happy off the runner. Hey....at least he's got a 100 foot long runner and not chained to a tree. That's cruel.

Glad I don't have anymore kids. Couldn't stand anymore free animals.

Deep down, S.D. is an animal lover. Really deep.

My pet is in an urn in my living room, Buster. He was my beagle while I was a kid.

I don't want to get attached to him like I did my last one. Problem is.....I like the big shithead. I've always wanted a Husky and just got suckered into taking care of this one.

The cat, on the other hand, can go to hell. He's a bastard. Without Mikey around he doesn't give a shit about anyone and it shows.

I like machines better than people. Now I just have to figure out that damn dog.

Huskies are interesting dogs... My wife had one for a long time that lived with her parents...

At least with that dog, it was critically important that you establish that she was NOT the alpha dog - which her parents had failed to do...

She even lifted her leg to "mark"...

Once you did though - she was putty in your hands - great dog...

I've got a 6 month old male husky named Shelby. And yea, the wife named him. He is a handful to say the least, but once he realized that I was boss he started paying attention.

S.D., how much does yours weigh? I've been trying to figure out how much bigger this lil bastard is going to get.
