I'm picking up a used Roush M90 here in the next few weeks and I'm trying to figure out what supporting mods I'm going to need. It comes with the smaller 2.57 Pulley and the larger (?) crank pulley so it should hit 9-10 PSI which is all the power I'm really after for this car.

I'm just trying to figure out if i need to play with the fuel pumps or possibly the cooling system so this thing dosent add any new windows to my block. I'm thinking about picking up a kenne bell BAP, is this worth it? Should I go with one of the super car pumps? Any suggestions are appreciated!

I'm running a BAP, 39 lb injectors, and HT0 plugs with my Roushcharger. I also have the 10% OD pulley and smaller blower pulley. The one thing different is I have a 90 MM idler so I could run the belt that came with the Roushcharger. I know BBR sells them if you need one.

I haven't dealt with them personally but haven't heard anything great. Are you far from BBR? They do good tuning.

I have heard mixed things about vmp. I can go to bbr, the drive from Orlando is worth it if it keeps my motor in one piece.

What mixed things? I've never heard anyone have anything bad to say. Justin worked for SCT from the beginning before starting his own company so he's got the experience. There is only one reason my motor is still together and that's because Justin is a great tuner. I'd highly recommend VMP Tuning. I'd bet if you really looked around you'd find that everyone who has used VMP was pleased.

BlackNine, you are welcome to call or email me if you have any questions or concerns about tuning your setup. [email protected] or 321-206-9369

That setup is pretty standard, I have tuned many like it, most will make in the 420-440rwhp range with an upper only or about 20rwhp more with a lower.

With the lower you need more fuel pump, so either a BAP or GT500 pumps. The injectors that come with the kit are fine.

The M90 setup is so low-boost that its very hard to window a block, I've never had one that I tuned have a problem.
