ok guys posting some pics of my project, thought ya'll might enjoy it.

i bought AbdullaGT's 324 long block, i will also be changing out the under carriage with some bmr goodies. was able to get the blown motor pulled out hopefully have the new k member and a arms swapped and new motor installed, wish me luck guys pretty much doing this swap solo lol

Well unfortunately guys this isn't my only hobby lol i'm playing in 3 softball tournaments in the next 4 weekends, so its gonna be slow moving. will be working on it this friday hopefully have the k member and a arms swapped new brake rotors installed and maybe the pulley swapped over to the new motor

wasn't planning on it i'm didn't have any belt slippage before i'm not upping boost, would u recommend i upgrade it?

Nice build! What kind of number are you looking at?

I snapped a tensioner last Fall and got a Thump replacement. I've got north of 300 passes and 43000 miles on my car and other than a blower belt, the tensioner is the only thing I've "Broke". Like stkjock, I'd recommend one too.

number wise not sure, i would love to see 600+whp but i don't want to get my hopes up lol i'm gonna leave it on 12psi and throw some meth injection on it and it makes what it makes. thought about upping 14 or 16psi but i'm on stock tranny and axles, so i figured i'll be in the best interest of my stock tranny and axles to stay at 12psi lol and i still don't think they'll be safe


what brand tensioner do you recommend haven't really looked in to em

Sounds like some good numbers and good plans man.

As for tensioners, I think the Thump tensioners are awesome. Honestly, I don't know of anymore, so there may be some better ones out there.

If u r going for 600+ hp, get a Thumprrr IMO
