I am looking for a pinion flange for the diff,Ford will not sell any part of the rearend,only the complete rearend assembly for $ 3,000.00

Ford does sell it, you dealership either can't find it in their system or they are just trying to scam you. The part number is 5R3Z4851AA for a GT, 5R3Z4851DA for a 6cyl. I've got one for a GT I can sell you if you are interested.

Pinion flange

Sorry, i forgot to mention it is the pinion flange for the GT 500,they are different.I need a pinion flange for the GT 500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
