please Help ECU PROBLEM!!!

OK here it is ...when car has its stock roush 5 psi supercharged tune in it its fine ,BUT when custom tuned for 10 psi tune still has all emissions in tact just a pulley and cat back it starts to intermittenly buck around 2800-3000 as if it were being held back like vapor lock but after that point it clears up also it doesnt always do it ..Next is it keeps throughing codes all different p3?? p4??? ect ect... if you flash it back to stock with the sct x cal 3 its fine ...no codes no stumbling ....drove it like that for 4 months than put it back trouble again give miss fire codes left bank ?? right bank ?? coil pack??? but thats not true ...car still makes 446rwhp with all those codes and doesent miss a beat after 3000 rpm ...WHERE CAN I GET A NEW ECU AND WHATS INVOLVED ...THANKS FOR ANY HELP OR INFO !!!! DRIVING ME NUTS !!!!!

Ok, let me know if I have any of this wrong. With the Roush tune all is good. With an aftermarket tune the car stumbles at a repeatable rpm range and throws codes. Is that right?

yes had new tunes written and re-written ...throughs code that say ecu is bad then codes of mifires then coil pack trouble ..none of it makes sense.....the car at around 3000 rpm some times when you punch it will hold back stumble break up for like 3 seconds then boom clear to 6500 then other times you punch it from 2000rpm and its fine to redline ...really frustrating the car is an 05 roush stg 1 with an m90 on it ...

+1, this happened on my 08 SGT. Tillman and Lund told me it was a bad wiring harness, then a bad pcm. after months of from them I had the SGT piggy backed to JPC. Kevin and Justin had it running with in 24hrs with the same wiring harness and pcm

But it's all good with the Roush tune, is that right?

Common sense would tell you you the non Roush tune is junk. Get a new tune.

These guys..know their shit. My car is worked on by me only, but I get tuned by JPC and Kevin MacDonald, period. They are the 3 valve professionals.
