Seriously, nice doesnt begin to describe it. They look OEM. That good.
And for the price he is charging, its a STEAL.


As for "does it match the FRPP covers blue" I dont know honestly. If it isnt, then its damned close, close enough that I couldnt honestly say without having them both in front of me. Ill take one with me to the dealership tomorrow (they have the FRPP covers hanging on the wall) and see. But suffice it to say, I wanted the FRPP blue, and I am more than happy.

One BIG thing I noticed, and this is the trademark of a powdercoater that both knows what they are doing, and gives a shit about quality, is the masking. Its flawless.

I am thinking about having the ford racing script laser etched onto them, then they will be pretty much identical to the FRPP ones.

Hopefully I will have time to put these on tomorrow.


There is next to zero chance that these will be the last things I have this guy powdercoat for me. I was already standing in the driveway looking under the hood wondering what I could send to him to coat lol.

Hey Michschi, we can get pretty close to matching any color. We will be doing my car soon in wrinkle red and I can't wait! wrinkle colors are one of the best textures around! The ford blue above is ford wrinkle blue.

I will do some research on colors that close match the torch red and get back to you.

They can be, we have actually two different kind of semi-gloss black. One is 20% and the other is 80%. There also no additional fee if we order a color for you.
