Powerhouse ds and cobra pinion flange

Just installed a 6060 and I'm currently using a 3650 Powerhouse driveshaft. I checked for binding and the suspension has to be totally bottomed out for the driveshaft to cause any problems. Anybody know if I can use a 03-04 cobra pinion flange to get rid of the driveshaft adapter? This should give me the extra clearance needed to use my current driveshaft.

it may actually be too much. the cobra style flange is pretty thin but it is worth a shot. i've got a couple cobra flanges so if you need measurements let me know.

I already got one from Summit. Figured if nobody here knew I'd be the guinea pig. Worst case is I'm out $30. Thanks.
