Problem with Corbeau's

Installed some FX1 Pros recently and ever since the install the driver seat made a creaking noise like walking up old stairs when I would take turns. I just figured it was from breaking them in. After a week I called up Corbeau and they said to take them out and look for any cracks and this is what I found today. All four corners have these little cracks. Looks like I'll be calling them in the AM.

It sucks big donky dick, especially if I have to shell out to ship these back. But I did put my CR-1s back is and think I just might keep them.

Where are the cracks at? Can't tell from the picture.
