Cars that run less then 150mph don't need a chute---I think with how the car is currently geared with the tire I am using, I will be at 7000 rpm at around 148mph or so. I am going to wait and see what kind of power the engine makes before installing the chute. Besides, if I run 152mph lets say, I will just get told to slow down, no biggie.

What, you need a chute for 135? Let me check. I know you need a cage with a cert if you are 9.99 or quicker OR if you are faster then 135. But a Chute? Thats 150mph. Let me check.
