Well, today didn't go as planned with a couple problems.
My lovely GF did assist me with removing and replacing the valve covers. I did swap out all the baffle plate hardware with some self-tapping screws from Home Depot. I picked a #8 and 1/2" length. They are a little larger than the original screws and they fit perfect topped off with some Locktite.
We then began filling up all the fluids by 2:30P
-Topped off the oil
-Changed the transmission oil, which was really low in that transmission
-Filled the coolant tanks
-Filled up Steering Hydraulic Fluid
-Brake Fluid
I completely forgot about the Supercharger oil, it was basically dry and we don't stock the stuff, so I tried to call a local supplier and they said they would get me some by 5PM and they never showed. I was pissed but it's fine.
We went ahead and continued with other stuff.
-Programmed both sets of my keys
-Programmed the ECU with the tune from Lund
-Filled it up with 4~ gallons of 93
-Primed the oil system
-Installed the Midpipe and 02 sensors.
While priming the system and making sure that the fuel system was pressurized we ran into a major problem with the fuel rails, they were dumping a ton of fuel out of the side. They looked like they were bent slightly and it was just a mess. We managed to bend them back slightly and it seemed to fix the issue. If it persists then I will just buy new fuel rails.
