Ran a GT-R at the track last weekend

Went to the track last weekend (1/8th mile) and lined up against a Nissan GT-R. I was a little anxious and went -.068 red, but I managed a 7.27 @ 100 to his 7.40 @ 98mph. Lot of fun, and the guy that owns it was a nice dude and was really impressed with my car, of course I was impressed his car ran that way completely stock. Fun race.

Totally sucks. Both of our best runs are in the 7.20's, so I THOUGHT it would be a great video. Unfortunately I must have been jacked up on Red Bull and he must have been too busy trying to figure out all the buttons on the dash of that thing. But yeah, was glad to post a faster ET on that pass.

The only time I've raced my 12' it was against a GT-R. The guy working the staging lanes was talking shit telling the owner "Don't race him, you'll beat him" until I told him what the fuck and let us line up.

Unfortunately, I spun through first, halfway through second, missed third, and missed fourth and ran a 14.0 to his 12.20.

Yeah man.. Shadyside is open every Sunday from 1-5 for test & tune. The normal rule of thumb is if its over 50 degrees, they are there racing.
