Rear axle housing o.d. Question

Hello all. I am trying to get some information so I can order some parts. I am 5 hours away from my car and need to get them ordered to start assembly if they will work.

Anyway, I am trying to run some bolt on style rear shock mounts for my track car like these.

But, I need the o.d. Of the axle housing tubes so I can order the correct ones. I have searched this but couldn't come up with an answer.

Car is a 2006 gt with a factory 8.8

Any help is greatly appreciated

No one can take a pair of calipers out and measure their rear axle for me? That would be super helpful.

I've got a housing sitting about 15 feet from me. Let me track down some calipers and get it measured for you.

I come up with 3" exactly. At the housing ends it gets smaller, but where these would mount is 3" exactly.
