Rear Faux Cap Q

Does anyone know if there are guide pins that will leave holes in the rear decklid for the "GT" Faux cap. I'm thinking of removing it for a magnetic black out panel.

yep, there's holes.

why the magnetic panel? do you not like the CDC panel?

edit: didn't even see you were a 10+. i have no idea about the 2010+. i'd assume so, but you know...

Yea when you remove the rear emblem on the 2010-12 mustangs there is two holes in the trunk lid for the emblem itself and a raised center section where the emblem fits over which has the holes in it.
One mod that is kinda cool imo anyways that I pioneered was to remove the emblem break it apart*it's a three piece design*and then reuse 3m tape to attach just the pony part of the emblem to the trunk. That combined with painting the area black looks pretty cool.
