Ok i have used paint thinner and it's not working......what is the best thing to use to remove the overspray from my rims.......there has to be something that will make it come off easier
Use some quality #0000 steel wool. If it comes out hazy, repolish with metal polish.

If the wheels are chrome, the only thing that will scratch the surface is impurities in the steel wool itself. That's why you don't buy the cheap stuff. This is how you buff the chrome on million dollar cars so it ought to be ok for some wheels. So just use the finest steel wool that i can find????.....will this scratch the chrome surface???.....
