I’ve got a set of WebElectric taillight sequencers and one side doesn’t work. Instead of sequencing all three, the inner two light up and then the third one lights up. I pulled the tape and found one chip damaged. Does anyone know what chip that is or if there is a good replacement circuit card?

Yikes yeah it got too hot and melted. Any SMC is gonna be hard to source and solder in if it isn't a cap or resistor. Looks like either an IC or transistor went down, you will probably never source, and if it's an IC, get it programed. Gonna have to get a new sequential set. WebElectrics is the bomb, still have my set from 2010

I was able to send it back for repair. Will see if they work in a few days.

Dan at WebElectric was able to fix them and got them back pretty quick. I’m impressed that they were willing to fix them for just the cost of shipping.
