Depends on brand, some have grease nipples. Mine don't, they need to be removed.

Hello,

Depending on the bushings the bushings could go bad. We use Energy Suspension bushings which in most cases will last the life of the car is properly greased. If there would be any issues with a bushing they are very inexpensive to replace.. just a few bucks.

If you get control arms with rod ends or bearings those items can wear out.
