Wow, I am at a loss for words right now. I am so sorry to hear this. I will be praying for you.

Well we started trial Monday on this. We have argued our case. Tomorrow the jury will decide the rest of my life. No matter what happens my heart goes out to the family if Mr Frazier, the gentleman My brother hit ad subsequently killed. I will never be the same after witnessing that horrible tragedy that day. I hope however the jury has mercy on me and me and my family can move on and finally morn the loss of Dewayne. This has kept a sore wound open for a while now. Please don't just pray for me, pray for the Frazier family. I know they want justice for the loss of there loved one, and I hope if the jury sides with me I can help with that. I plan to advocate against street racing, to share my life with high school children and inform them of what can happen should they choose to race on a highway. If I can save one life it's worth it. And Dewayne and Mr Frazier will not have died in vain..... Praying tomorrow is a good day. I have a wife and two children who need me.

I have been through a big trial like this with my sister for charges of Leaving the scene of a accident with a fatality. There were a bunch of technicalities in this case and too long for me to name. It was tough on our family and especially tough on my sister but the best thing is to get over this hump and move on with life. The media will eventually back down as soon as they read their verdict and you will begin to live a 'normal' life again I hope things workout for you because you truly don't deserve the punishment for this. RIP to the souls involved
