Roush 435 HP pulley change?

I can get a brand new chrome powder coated Roush charger for a great deal. Its the 435 kit which is not where i"d like to be. I really want 450 rwhp. What would it take to get this kit there since the 435 kit is at the motor.

A lot of guys get up to the 410 - 420 rwhp with this kit

but 450 rwhp is a bit of a stretch for that little M-90. Not impossible, but you would need cams, long tube headers, HF cats with an x pipe etc etc.

By the time you've added the cost of all this to the blower, you might as well just go all in and buy the TVS kit with a larger pulley to reduce boost to around 8-10 lbs, which probably starts at the 450 rwhp mark (but with a lot more torque than the M-90) and has a ton of growing room.

A full bolton with the m90 and a good dyno tune should get u to around 450 rwhp

Unless you absolutely want a twin screw, you can find centri kits cheap. Hell you could even do the On3 turbo kit with cash to spare for fuel pumps,injectors an possibly a upgraded turbo.

Hey the guys are correct, I'm a Roush dealer and if your not looking to go balls out persay, then the M90 is ok. I have a M90 on my 2009 GT and I'd sell it for about the same money. If you want more HP,2300 model Roush would be where I'd start.

Unless you're planning on building the motor...the M90 is a nice little blower to have. I bought mine on here about 6 months ago for alitte over 2k SHIPPED. I had to spend a couple hundred more on some parts and a tune...but love it.

With a completely stock motor...I made 409 to the tires with the 2.57 pulley. I've bought a 10% o/d crank pully to try to get 2-3 more lbs and plan on l/t headers and high flow x pipe soon. I"m looking for 450 to the tires which is nice and safe for a stock motor.

I know myself....if I had a 2300 or a Saleen....and more HP was just a pulley change away...I'd scatter the motor. The M90 is like a restrictor plate for me...lol.

Don't buy the M90 for that price, buy something else and then LET ME BUY THAT!!! I would love to be able to come across a deal like that, brand new for $3100!!!! Although I would rather have the black one, but I wouldn't complain!!

I have an 05 Roush with the M90. It is a great supercharger for the money. It makes a great whining sound when you get into it. With the 2.57 pulley 4.10's OR x pype I ran 12.01 at 117 mph. That was at 405 rear wheel. I have add LT's and a CAI since I last ran it. It made 430 HP and 448 TQ. I have not run it with the headers and cold air. I'm guessing high 11's and that is great for me. If your looking for a good looking, good sounding, and good running supercharger that is a good deal. Mine is black and I would love to have the chrome supercharger.
