running rich

Hello all. Anyone deal with codes P2196 and P2198 02 sensor stuck rich? Recently had EGR valve replaced, alternator, catalytic converter and fuel pump. Not all at once but this year. Also found out that I had a exhaust leak due to some terrible welding according to the mechanic I use after performing a smoke test its been repaired. I've been advised that I may need new sensors which I replaced earlier this year. Also had a flash done at the dealership. Ive driven it over 50 miles and then it has a gas smell and idles. Not as much as before. I just want to mark some possibilities off my list before going back to the shop. Im exhausted with this. Thank you for your time.
