Will the front lip fit without the 500 bumper or the ca bumper?
It is not a direct fit. It would have to be modified to fit a GT or CS bumper for that matter. It involves taking out the honeycomb structure in the mold. Basically you would use a dremel to flatten it out to sit snug against the bottom of the bumper. Google GT500 Lip install and it will bring up alot of links for you to browse on how to install this. Here is a write up someone did to install it on their GT http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/738399-gt500-lip-installation-gt.html I just found out I will will be going to Japan soon so the car will be shipped and it's already low as it is. My concern was the lip getting caught on something and getting ripped off while being loaded and unloaded at the port.

Dude paypal accounts are free to open, & you can have them linked to a credit card or debit card. Very easy. Plus you have some buyer protection.

Are the covers on the fog lights tinted? Also, is it possible to get a close up of the pony? Never seen a skeleton one.

you can cut the honeycomb with a saw, or sand it down. It's alot easier than it sounds. An hours work maybe then another hour installing. Some of the holes line up with the GT or CS bumper. I've done 3 of them, pretty simple install.
