I second this, I have had zero issues working with JDM. Two of my Roush friends have the similar as me and say the same. JDM is probably one of the best Roush SC tuners in the country, along with Brenspeed.
You get good and bad reports from all tuners, I've seen bad on Lito as well as the previous post just stated. I know a gentleman with a 2005 Ford GT highly modified with a Supercharger and Lito and a couple local guys here could not get the tune right on that, JDM got it for him within a day.

Doug and the original BAMA were great. He used to get me by smog with no cats in the car back in the day. He was good.

IMHO! Doug was the 3v guru long before Lito. Needless to say, sure wish Doug would consider re-establishing himself as an aftermarket tuning specialist
