I was trying to flash my base tune from Lito for my vortech install, but when I got to the "turn key on do not start car" screen and turned the key on my tuner went blank. Now my car will not do anything, it still shows the "check charging system, check traction control, etc" lights on the dash. The car will not crank and I don't hear the fuel pump prime, all I can hear is a click from the relay in the SJB area.

I let the car sit overnight last night and the sct powered up when plugged in as it did the day before, but again when I turn the key on to flash the ecm it powers off and won't come back on.

I checked the fuses and all appear to be fine.

The handheld powers up fine when I plug it into my truck or my laptop. I'm at a loss here.

Don't mean to be Mr. Obvious but your battery seems to be weak. Have you tried charging it?

It was on a battery tender the entire time, and is showing 13.x volts when checked with a multimeter.

I would probably call SCT tech support on that one. It's weird that it will power up and function on the laptop and not on the car.

Only thing I could think of on your end is bad news stuff. Fried computer, fried OBDII port, wiring. All gremlins you never want to experience.

Maybe SCT can run a diagnostic on the handheld remotely.
