They do.
I know we have done a few. It's just time consuming and there is the liability but a lot of shops will do it. It won't be cheap. I'm not sure what shop rates are but that is a by the hour type job that I know I wouldn't give a firm price on until it was finished.
Depending on the extent, it could be 10-40 hours at somewhere betwen $75-125/hour.
