A bad gasket would show either in your coolant/oil or be burning on the motor. Pop the hood and let it idle for a bit. If your fluids look good and you don't see any smoke coming from your engine bay I would say you should be fine and its safe to assume its condensation.

If your reservoir keeps sucking down coolant, and your spark plugs look extremely clean, then I'd call that evident somethings up. On the bright side, all that steam cleaning cleaned up the deposits :party36:
