I found threads about the rears but not fronts. But does what does tire sizing on skinnies effect?

If I run 28'' in the rear, should I do the same up front? Or does it now matter?

Besides the tiny bit of weight difference, whats the difference between a 4'' wide rim and a 4.5? Thanks guys

The taller the front tire, the more roll out you have before breaking the beams. This will give you quicker ET's because you are carrying more speed before you drive out of the lights. A taller front will also slow down your reaction times. I had issues red lighting in my 69 Camaro with the Jerico trans. With a 26" tall tire, the car reacted too quick. I went to a 28" tall tire and my red lighting issues were over.

Different height tires front and rear does not matter. And, the 1/2" difference in width would not be noticable.

You want to keep them as close as possible. If your rear is a 28" and your front is a 26" you start to create a rake effect. The more rake the worse your 60' times will be. Just a thought
