I appreciate it, I'll check them out.

Gerald, that's not missing anything except the aftermarket grill inserts I bought from SHR. I lost one of them and couldn't find it so I'll roll without them until the new bumper comes in.

Brian, a few pages back you said something about closed vs open loop.

Take a look at this:

http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticles/ID/2254/Basic-control-systems.aspx

Older systems (not sure about the 3V's) ran in open-loop or "Alpha-N" until the car was warmed up. That means the PCM ignored the O2 sensor until the coolant temperature reached a certain point. Until then, the fuel injector duty cycle and spark advance was simply read from a table that referenced the throttle angle ("Alpha") and the current engine speed in revs ("N"). Because the O2 sensor (the "feedback") was ignored, the system operated in open loop. Older systems also operated in open loop under full-throttle conditions.

Once the engine was warmed up, the O2 sensors' readings were incorporated into this, giving feedback to modify the fuel trim. That was closed loop.

FYI, the Copperhead ECU in the new Coyote motors uses two wideband O2 sensors, one for each bank, and can individually change fuel and spark for each cylinder based on feedback. It also operates in closed loop at almost all times, even under warm up and full-throttle.

I wish our PCMs used wide band O2s.

Every motor I've modded with wideband O2 was so much simpler...relatively speaking. lol
Computer was smarter. lol

My 2010 has the 4.6 L 3 v eng... same as the 05-09 cars. On the aeroforce gauges, it reads closed loop at all times.... till you floor it..and turn the blower on.

My 1.9L TVS install is almost done, except my stock belt won't fit. It is about an inch to short with the 10% OD lower. What belt are you running skwerl? pentalab? any others?

Kyle, you need to swap all your idlers to 72mm size in order for the belt to fit. There's a 90mm plastic idler just inside of the PS pump that I needed to swap out. There are no bigger belt options so you need to get there with pulley sizes. I ended up going to an 8 rib in order to get a larger belt but in reality the belt wasn't any longer than the 6 rib belt I already had. I can't run any bigger than a 72mm pulley on the blower either.

Once I get the chase for a time slip out of my system I'm pulling the 10% overdrive crank pulley and going back to stock so I can have some belt room. 640hp is way too much for the street. I can still have 550-600 without the overdrive crank pulley and I'll be able to back it down without running out of belt.

you've posted that a few times, what makes you say such? I've not found much of an issue with my car on the street

Yup, I never use all my power on the street. The only time I get to experience it, is on the track.

Roads are too short out here. LOL

Oh no!!!! Kyle has the 1.9L!!??? Oh that poor blower is going to get used and abused!! LMAO

Just in case, I have a 12% ROUSH overdrive crank pulley if you want to spin it faster. LOL

I drive my 700hp like a grandma

I'm with these guys. On my "street" tune mine is probably making just under 800rwh now. I think it's awesome, and completely manageable. Well, with drag radials anyway. With the regular street tires it was completely worthless. Maybe I just enjoy hanging the rearend out at 80mph.

Tell me about it. Driving on street tires is like driving on ice (when throttle is concerned)!!

You already know it! I bought a short block to start building in the mean time, but by the time I am done. This thing is going to scream louder than a m90!

I was thinking there was a few different roush belts for the m90, I remember seeing different part numbers for different years. I think they where different sizes as well. Maybe I can get away with one of those. Anyone know what they where?

I got mine from someone on fnsweet, think it was Jimbo. It's the belt for the 09-10 which is the longest of the three sizes offered (by about 0.2"). The Roush part number is 404078

And Dave, I just don't enjoy driving around like I'm driving on ice all the time. Summer may be different but in 60 degree temp on summer performance tires it's like driving on wet ice. It takes a lot of concentration and it's not very relaxing. Plus it doesn't idle all that great. I think losing the cams and overdrive crank pulley will result in a car that I can enjoy a lot more and still have close to 600hp.
