If I can move them with the 3/8 ratchet. Those bastids are in there pretty frickin good. I tried a couple months ago and put about as much on that wrench as I felt comfy doing and they wouldn't budge. ;)

The breaker is there if I need it I guess.

Thanks man I kinda suspect it's just the jam nut being snugged down super tight and that's the issue. If I'm right then it'll be OK like you said to muscle them out and nothing should snap. /knocks on wood

I appreciate the responses guys. I think I've got enough out of this that I know what I need to do.

Did you read my post man? I've already removed them once and did the TSB.

yea missed that part, I pulled my new ones after only driving on them a week to check them out and the groundshields had already turned dark from carbon (shocked the shit out of me) and my car doesn't burn oil or have excessive blowby or bad seals. But I agree they seemed tighter than they did when I installed them .
