Well I have been wanting to do this for quite some time...Finally had the time and I love how it looks. Now just need to lower it.

+1. Lower your ass, babe! I love those side louvers. Best-looking ones out there, IMO.

^^^I used the little black plastic plugs. bought thm at auto zone. Just a dab of silicone to keep water tight. Its a good quick fix till I get around to doing it right.

I plan to glue a flay piece of metal below the hole( in the trunk ), then go over the top with body filler. Then just sand, prime, and paint. I should be able to do it the garage with touch up paint.

Reason for the metal on backside is to keep the body filler from popping out from the air pressure when you close the trunk.

These louvers are a pain in the but to do. My advice is pay someone to do it. All the plastic around the backside of the windows has to be removed. Easy to do if you take out the back seat.

Vert's are to cool for louvers! I'm loving the look, I removed my spoiler as well and will eventually get it painted.

That looks good. I'm planning on removing my spoiler, but I'm going to try filling the holes with epoxy until I get the cash to do it right. Figure I can just use some touch-up paint as well and it should be all good.

Not bad. I want to remove the spoiler, but I don't really want to just plug the holes, and paint and metalwork would cost a lot...it would be nice to find a black V6 trunk off a junkyard car. Yeah right.

The spoiler delete is starting to look good to me too. guess it's because the classic fastbacks didn't exactly come with a spoiler...

I got them from autozone. But you can get them from any body shop. The plugs I have are use to hold door panels on a focus or something like that.

Sweet. Just a suggestion, you should probably spray your plugs white to match and blend in better.
