Got these Russell SS lines + brackets, a direct bolt in from JEGS for $120 shipped and installed them. I needed to bleed my brakes, the fluid was bladder infection brown.

Looks good, I was checking the Russell lines out last night.

A little OT, but how do you like the Vogtland springs with the GT500 dampers? I'm trying to decide which springs to run when I put my dampers on.

I absolutely love the Vogtland's! I had them on my MN-12 T-Bird and fell in love with them, I knew I had to get them for the Mustang. They feel like they were meant for each other.

Good deal, glad to hear you like them. I've read mixed reviews; some people love them, some people have issues with sagging. Are you running the 1.3" F/R kit, or the leveling kit?

Any one else feel like the Russell lines are a little too long and create more of a bend in the line than it should be? I think they are 3 or 4 inches longer than stock. Also the fitting is not square like stock and probably not as strong. Last little gripe is the zip ties. I would have much rather had factory like clips.

All this stuff I didn't even consider when I made the purchase. Now that I'm doing the install I see why they are cheaper than some of the others. Maybe I'm just being picky but it's the little things that count to me and I would have paid the difference for another brand if I had done my due diligence and researched a bit more.

I have no hands on experience with the Russells, but based on the pics the length looks about right to me to account for suspension articulation. The the banjos being square have little to nothing to do with strength. They're square to keep from rotating. You just have to hold the round banjos to keep them from rotating when tightening down.

The install went well. The pedal feels a little firmer. I guess the length was ok.
