Steeda Defines Excellent Customer Service!

I have a part of theirs on my mustang and it failed.

This part had been on for awhile, longer than I would've expected a replacement for even though it was a possible design issue. I called just to ask a few questions, to see it it was known.

I was asked to send some pictures, then was asked for my address. BAM! A new part arrived at my door step.

I'm amazed at that level of service now days, and also was glad to see the part I got was slightly different, so they keep revising designs.
