I have a '13 GT, no mods at all.

I was wanting to know what 1/4 times I should expect with a 6spd(average shifter)

Secondly, and other than welding the axle tubes, are there any other mods/tips to help me with my E.T.'s.

I am a bit worried about burning up the clutch, since when I am rolling in first gear about 10mph and lay into it, I can smell the cluch burning.

I am hoping this is the right place to post as it is my first post.

I did, I don't know if the search is for some reason just not working for me, but I did find out about welding the axle tubes, and found one post stating that they launch on radials 2000-2500 rpm, but I am not looking for engine mods, which I just noticed I didn't say that specifically, but more suspension mods.

As for the clutch burning part, everything I have seen is on a modded motor putting out more than stock HP.

I am a newbie to modern vehicles, I am used to pre-1973 cars, so I am doing my best to learn via searches. I ask only questions I either want clarification on or I can't find it using the search option.

Stock '13 MT on stock tires? Average driver with average skills should be in the low 13's @ 105 - 108 mph in the 1/4 mile. Good driver with better-than-average skills can run high 12's @ 110 - 112 mph. Mineshaft air with awesome driver can run mid 12's @ 112+.

Definitely not riding the clutch, never had a new car that was worth driving until this one, so not familiar with how the cats smelled, but was not too different than some clutches burning up I smelled before.

The smell just worried me, because I want to take it to the track and if it is burning the clutch I wasn't going to take it out, as it is my kid hauler too...I ride a bike when the kids are with their egg donor.

If you plan on tracking your car, the 1st thing you want to do is new lower and upper control arms to stop the wheel hop.

I went to the track Wednesday n' watch a couple guys with new 13' Mustangs and they had massive wheel hop. That'll cause a broken axle n' possibly twist the axle tube.

They were both in the high 13's at 108-ish.

PS,, Nice color choice fer' yer' car ...

Being that I have a '13 which UCA/LCA should I look into? Also, I keep seeing the relocation brackets being mentioned, are those needed or just not necessary?

stock with 3.31 gears an average driver should run around 13.0 @ 109-110mph. with 3.73s around a 12.8-12.9 @ 111mph or so.

to help with ETs. i'd recommend a tune from a place like Bama (american muscle), Lund Racing, Brenspeed, Steeda, etc, as this will help a lot. gears will also help if you have 3.31s. and if you aren't great at launching on the stock tires, some drag radials will help a ton. for instance i run 12.39 @ 114.7 on the stock tires. with drag radials, i should be in the 11s. new LCAs will help a lot with wheelhop. i got J&M LCAs and they work great. UCAs aren't really necessary. Same with relocation brackets.

As far as a tune goes, I will get one once I have the money...I am also going to get my axle tubes welded as I have heard this is necessary if I want to drag race and use DRs or slicks

I am just dying to get some stuff done, but man is it hard to afford...too many bills

If your car does wheel hop LCA's with poly/poly bushings will almost always cure the hop. Relocation brackets really are not needed unless you lower the rear of the car. Like everyone else has said low 13's to high 12's is what your car will run stock. My 2012 auto went 12.84 @ 111 stock with a DA around 2000ft.

^ Just doing the control arms did NOT stop the hop on mine. It had basically no impact. I just installed brackets last week but haven't gotten to run it yet.

You all have some good times, I expect to be right about a 12.9/13.0, but I am wanting to give myself the best chance...so limiting/stopping wheel hop is a big deal, as well as it seems like these cars that the axle tubes can twist in anything stickier than the pirelli's they come with.
