What idiots! Especially to be doing that in a residential neighborhood. Wonder what story the c5 owner gave the cop when the police report was written.

This post came to mind when a black GT was trying to race me on a curvy 2 lane road about 10 minutes ago (he then turned right just before the road opened up to a 2 lane straightaway with no feeder roads and no traffic). LOL

Minus the regular street racing comments about not doing it.

NEVER...EVER enter a corner wide open throttle with a car next to you. Every time Ive done something like this I let off and let the guy just win. Its not worth it.

There was a follow-up post to this I saw on Jalopnik.

If i remember it correctly, when the police came to the accident, the 2 claimed they weren't racing.

Also, the owner of the C6 apparently called his mom, because he was 23. The owner of the C5 is a known parts scammer

Sadly... I just found out I know the guy in the c6... -_____- very well..

I don't see a reason to bash the guy in the c6. (the pedestrian/bikers weren't on the road they were on so its not THAT big of a deal IMO)

The one in the c5 is the jackass here. Really sucks he had to take the c6 with him...

Guess I don't see what made one less at fault than the other. Had either one of them had any sense, the entire situation could have been avoided.

Sure, there weren't any pedestrians/bikers in the 200' they could see, but the hill/curve leaves a lot to the imagination.
