So if you stay in it as the car rolls out RPMs will start to fall on their own? How does that happen?

What you're doing isn't all that different than what I was minus the fact I wasn't staying in it past rolling out for more than a couple feet and I put the clutch in at the same time I lifted on the throttle.


This is what I do... It just happens, I roll out of it on throttle and you can hear the tires scream, Not WOT but still on the throttle and roll to the line and stop.

BTW that's me leaving Moses' supercharged ass at the line :p

OK. I had no idea that the tires would do that although if you allow the car to move out I guess I can see that the forward movement might allow them to start grabbing more if anything just because of that.

I am going to test out my differential this weekend on the street by doing a burnout or two. When I do that I'll let it roll a ways and try what you guys suggest.
