Now I am not looking to get into competitive racing or any thing.

It is just that all my friends recently have been getting other cars set up for a road racing. Now I have all the rear suspension need for Drag all ready set up, but no front sway bar. If I were to get a good sway bar and some stuff from MM do you think having an Extreme Anti Roll Bar effect my cars handling performance allot?

I would rather not get rid of it, but I would love to be able to take my car to infinion and some of the other tracks around here. I got the chance in driving in some really nice road race cars at Infinion and I had a blast.

Well, first off we're going to need to know what you're working with at the moment.

Side note - your sig pic could easily get me sent to HR. I only wish I was kidding..

The worst it can do is cause oversteer due to the rear bar roll stiffness. If I'm correct, the drag-type rear bars cause a large amount of wheel rate for hooking better in a dragstrip style launch.

Now to the more important question, how about posting a link to the non-censored version of your avatar pic???:naughty1:

A drag bar is way, WAY, *WAY* too much---it really would have to go if you want the car to really work well in corners.

I agree with Sam on this . I would get a front adjustable bar like a steeda.

In my car I run no rear bar or will run a 6cy rear bar.

I run a little more bar than Steve does, I do a hollow 22mm that's 3 way adjustable, and my 2011 has a 24mm bar (which at times I think is too much, and definitely is with aftermarket springs). A drag car is massively, HUGELY too much.

From what I gathered, the drag bar is even downright dangerous to drive with on the street. Most of the guys unhook the links or remove it altogether when leaving the track. So I retract my statement about just causing oversteer. I wouldn't even drive with that thing on the street. It utilizes the rear axle to completely eliminate chassis flex and is not recommened for street use.
