2- Nitto NT05R drag radials P285/40R18 (mounted)
2- Eagle F1 P255/45ZR18 (mounted)
2- Eagle F1 P285/40ZR18 (not mounted)

You can calculate shipping from 06471. Weights are roughly 52 Lbs for the 2 fronts and 58 LBS for the 2 rears. The 2 unmounted tires I think are between 20-25 Lbs.
Sorry I'm pretty much swamped until Tuesday. I can also weigh everything again tomorrow too.
You might want to check ABF Freight for the best deal. Terminal to Terminal.
