I bought this to put in my 07 GT/CS, and I ended up trading the car before I ever even installed it. I bought it NITB from another forum member, however, a tiny plastic tab securing a solenoid (?) broke off during shipping. I contacted TCI and the guy replied to just send it in and they would fix it. I have heard there was an issue with their packaging and shifters were getting damaged in shipping. Anyway, I just put a little plastic welder adhesive on the piece, and it is totally secure. If you were so inclined, I am sure that you could go ahead and send it to TCI for repairs, but I wouldn't hesitate to run it as is. I am not trying to scare anybody here, just being honest. You can see what I am talking about in the pics below. This shifter has never been installed, and seems to function properly with no problems. Just looking to get my money back for it. $250 + shipping.

Fixed - secured with some plastic welder adhesive. I know it ain't pretty, but it works, and you will not be able to see this when installed.

Where were all these deals on TCI shifters when I had my '07 Auto?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Wow..........that's cheap for BNIB!!!!!
