woooo there guys.. I appreciate the offer, but I cant take your money. As I told my wife, mom, Brother and others this was a " hobby". When the accident happened I could not get a hold of my wife (upstairs watching tv and phone down stairs). When I walked in to open the garage so the tow truck man can dump my pos in. My wife got on me for wearing my shoes in the house! haha
Poor girl had no idea till she looked at what I was doing. She was worried about me and my feelings towards my car and all I could think about was seeing her with my puppy!. Its times like this when the important things is life shine..

I have had 3 big car accidents (not my fault) in my life and I have been lucky to walk away from each one.. maybe a little fucked up.. but still walk away. I F'ed up in cutting back my insurance coverage. I thought since I dont drive it much and I'm a pretty good driver (except on track) what could happen. And in 3 weeks after boom. I dont know how anyone could go through so much shit in one car. You talk about a curse.. when I opened the garage to put the car in there the light blew out!

Some in my family want me to forget about cars, but right now I have a "500+hp engine sitting in a yellow carcus. I could part it out and get what I can or get a doner car for 6-10K. Either way will be allot of work.. but either way will be cheaper then buying a new car or some used ones. Besides.. without all my knowledge I share here this site would be dead

The best help I can get is people looking for local deals for me and homies when the time comes. As always, beer and pizza is on me.... just dont eye ball the wife please

I applaud JA boostedSTANG for proposing this, and even more past that applaud lostsoul for being a man about his situation and taking care of it on his own. Many people would have taken the money with a thanks and not much more ( a long thread on MF.com comes to mind where a guy took money for his "v6" project and took off with all of it ) You guys are awesome, makes me proud to be a part of this community. Good luck with your ride lostsoul, it really hurts me to see that thing so screwed up, and it sounds like you have quite a history with her, hang in there man!

thanks, I would have liked the hooker option though but I dont want to use the send me money card yet until something BIG happens. Right now I have to eat my own humble pie and plan for a v6 with 600 DonW whoppin HP!

I'm thinking of dumping the v6 plan.. its looks like too much of a PIA. or maybe a 6v with stick. Converting an auto to stick on top of everything else is.. ahhhhh 70K!
