Try building it yourself and start adding it up. When you get to 100K - you are 'getting there'...:beerdrink:

It is a steal for someone wanting to build a 9 sec daily driver. Anyone serious about wanting this kind of car will see the value I'm sure.

Hell, some of you have already spent 60K on your cars (or will) and just don't realize it yet...:beerdrink:

BTW: car also includes all the goodies like race wheels/tires, etc. etc.

Don - there is a complete mod list on page 2 of my car domain link. I am also including, a nitrous jet kit, 3 pullies, an FJO controller, 2 billet bottle brackets, a 10 lbs. and 15 lbs. chrome plated bottles, the bogarts (which just got fixed, rims screws, and polished) goodyear slicks and MT ET Street radials (both 29") as well as the MT sportsman front runners and of course the street wheels tires set-up on the car most of the time. I also am including both the SCT and Predator tuners that I have for the car as well as other stuff lying around like the original sonic blue painted side mirrors, and some other misc. stuff.

This car is also an actual numbered Roush Stage 1. The odometer on this car says 19,500 miles and I have about 1200 miles on this motor and trans. The car is in FLAWLESS condition and I will allow any serious buyer a complete mechanical inspection from a reputable builder/tuner before payment is cashed.

It is truly flawless and anyone who has seen it in person the last few months will attest. Mechanically, it's as clean as you can get with every single wire in the car, marked and color coded. The glovebox is functional with the full cage and the cage is current cert to 8.60

This car is definitely worth 42K. Its very nice and clean. Shit, just to buy a stock Roush would be what, 30K? Thats like getting all of those mods for 12K, thats friken cheap.

WOW!!! Someone missed out on a 42k steal here . Mark is right though for anyone who is trying to build a car like this then I think they would spend at least 60k and we all know this car is fresh and new. If for nothing else it would make a hell of a show car. Hell a fully rebuilt 9 sec street car for less than a gt500 . I know if I didnt already have my 60k in mine I would be all over this . Good luck on getting everything worked out on your raceing goals Mark.:thumb:

I love your car CK, it is extremely nice! I just don't see how you have spent 100k in the thing. IMO, I could see you getting there after going through so many engines, and superchargers, but for what's on there right now It just confuses me...Are you referring to putting in 100k with what's there right now?

Not trying to hijack, just would like to know. I think I'd hop on this in a heartbeat like many others, but my next car will be a Range Rover! << Gotta save for that baby!

I didn't say I had 100K in the car - I said try building it yourself.

First, buy a roush. 2nd - put in the motor I have in there and the trans I have in there and the fuel system I have in there and the suspension I have in there. Forget all the custom stuff - that stuff added alone and I think you will be surprised at the cost. If anyone has built a 9 sec streetable roush or saleen model S197 for 42K or less - they are lying, pure and simple.

So how much do you have in the car, approximately? I did forget you had a Roush, and that can tack on a little more!

Accounting for the money I recouped back from all the power adders and parts sales, I figure I'm into this car for around 80K and taking out other motors and systems and just counting exactly what's on the car now, I'd say about 68-70K for what's on it now with NO labor added.
