I have a sfwd class civic I was having issues with at the track, so I got pissed and pulled it back on the trailer.

My wife and I ran the mustang (full weight/option 06 convertible gt) instead. This was the first time she has ever run at the drag strip, so the lack of people there was a great time to learn.

Her first run....

14.27@72mph She thought the end of the track was the 1/8 mile marker, lol.

I run it next time, [email protected] with a 2.08 60'

She runs it next, SAME damn time [email protected] with a 2.16 60'. I had the 60 but she weighs 100+lbs less, haha

Oh, in the meantime, she beat another modded s197 mustang on that run. The guy was so pissed he didn't even bother to get a timeslip, hahaha

Her final run, [email protected]. She was happy as hell.

My final run [email protected] with a 2.003 60'

I was pretty happy with the car. The only mods are Intake, O/R x pipe, charge motion delete plates, and a tune. Stock tires at stock pressure (with 25k miles on them). I wish I wasn't lazy today and put on the radial/skinny setup I have for the car. I'm pretty sure I could have run 12's with it.

We meet again....13.5 sounds like a pretty good outcome for today. How was your 60'?

Nice times in the vert as well.
