Hot Damn that sounds good! I personally think you need to grind the exhaust tips to better contour the body panel. Just doesn't look right to me with the body panel rounding in and the square angle of the pipe sticking out... :2cents:

That sounds nasty!
Will you be upgrading to an F1 or just push the "little" D1 as far as it will go?

I will stick with the D1 for a while. I only have a 3.85" pulley on it right now. I have a 3.55" and a 3.40" that I will tune with race fuel and more timing.

I got the switch panel built today but ran out of time to finish installing the water temp and oil pressure gauges. I decided to sell the My Color gauges out of my car and install an Autometer speedo and tach in its place. That way, I won't have to deal with the airbag light, TPMS lights, or any of the other warning lights.

The way these cars read fuel level is interesting. They have two sending units that have an ohm range of 13-158. It takes both of the sending units to make the gauge work properly because the ohm range of the gauge is 22-320. Using an Autometer 3318 that has a ohm range of 16-158 allows the use of one OEM sending unit.

Just finished installing the oil pressure and water temp gauges. Since I sold the factory "My Color" intruments, I started fitting the speedo to the factory bezel.
