Alright I have a 07 with an edelbrock SC. Power in the 460whp range. I have the strange shock strut package with adjustable upper and Polly lowers, bmr extreme anti sway kit and a built rear end that currently has 4.10s in it. I am debating on putting my 3.73s back in the car. I am also about to get some slicks as well for my 15x10 race stars. So the question is should I swap back to 3.73s and what size tire would be best or stick with the 4.10s and what size tire for those?

I switched back to 3.73's from 4.10's since I was not making power in the high rpms due to locking out the VCT and not degreeing my stock cams. It really depends on where you make your power and what rpm's you are crossing the stripe at.

Also, I have a 4R70W and I'm running it with the converter unlocked so my rpms are higher because of that. My personal preference is M&H tires, 28" tall. I just switched from 325/50/15 mickey's to 325/50/15 M&H's and absolutely love them.

So..if you're in your power band crossing the line I would suggest staying with the 4.10's and get a 28" tall tire. If you have a stick, get a bias ply and if you're an auto go with a radial.

Would the 28" tire still be good with the 3.73s. If so ill just get a set of those and see how it goes before I change out the gears. Can always do that later but if thu won't work with the 3.73s then I would like to get what would work for them
