Mine's an old spidershaft brand driveshaft that is no longer made.

I'm not sure about the drive flanges changing. My 6060 came out a wrecked gt500, I think it was a 2009.

If you can't change the trans output flange, the driveshaft flange can be changed to match. All of this stuff is more or less standard you should be able to mix and match as needed to make it fit.

This seems the perfect place to ask
Im about to swap a 2013 6060 2.66 gear
Does anyone know the correct driveshaft length? I have a brand new in box ford racing shaft and am hoping it can be shortened to fit.
Also what clutches did you go with?

I bought a DSS shaft made for a GT500 and a single disc Ram Powergrip HD clutch. I have 3.73 rear gears with a 2.97 1st gear and feel I could use more gear. I was thinking 4.30s and am glad someone else here thinks so. I would definitely get a steep set of gears on a sub 500whp car. 3.73s are for cars that trap over 130mph in the 1/4. But then again I'm spinning mine to 7000rpm on 28" tires so those are also things to consider.

My trans is the 2.66 first gear and I’ve got 4.10s and about 500hp, next year hopefully more... I think the longer first gear will be great, but was more concerned about the spacing for the rest of the gears
