2006 Mustang motor swapped with 08 bullitt car runs great but check charging system is on has new Battery and alternator and check the grounds all good in the harness I found a wire that was split under the fuse box fixed it and thought the problem went away mind you I have a low voltage code to ecm and pcm the problem came back after 10 minutes and when I turn the ac on it shuts off the car will run great and randomly shut off or sputter beyond further inspection the fuse box fan rely the wires to the box and where the pins are where burnt could this be the problem I see on other threads it’s a common problem but never with the check charging system

yes that is a problem, and that will cause all sorts of problems..

you can try to clean it up and repair if you can ..

low voltage systems rely on a constant voltage and if it fluctuates any , it can cause havoc.
and do exactly what your car is doing,,
and the burn and corroded metal parts are gonna cause issues with resistance and voltage ..

if a dirty ground can cause issues ,, imagine a burnt plug like you got ?
