Updated Heads compression tester

Where can I purchase a compression tester that has everything included to do a compression test on a updated after feb of 2008 style head? Advance auto, autozone, napa or is this something I will have to purchase online? Part number or links would be great. Yes I searched.

The 2008+ 4.6L & 5.4L 3V heads use an M12 x 1.25 spark plug. There are tons of choices on the market and you can spend as much or as little as your budget allows. Here's just one example:

NAPA also has other models for more or less $$$ depending on how much you want to spend or how fast you need it

What did you end up using for this? I got a compression tester from Autozone with the 12mm adapter, and it just wont fit. The threads are too short and the body of the adapter prevents it from threading in. I've looked all over the place for this junk and cant find it. All of them are the like the one I already have with like 1/2" of thread on it. I clicked on that link and its a dead link now.

So I just ended up taking the adapter I got from Autozone to a local guy who put it in a lathe and took down about half an inch off the body of it. Worked like a charm.
