are thies bolts self tapping or some thing and i just bolt them in or do i need another bracket that i mount to the floor and then mount the harness to it

i want to try to get this done tonight so i can use them tomorrow at autocross

On the lap belt--I just used the stock bolt location that the stock belts used. The belts going over your shoulder should just wrap around the bar that is behind your seat. The submarine belt I had to drill a hole and bolt through the floor.

Use the same location of the stock seat belts. I was able to just unbolt the stock belt and then use the same bolt going thru the new harness connector and then thru the stock seat belt connector. The shoulder belts go to the harness bar/ roll bar. If no harness bar then you need the harness type that is long enough to reach to the floor. That might be a problem to bolt thru both harness conectors and the stock seat belt connector. If that is the case, leave out the stock seat belt connector.
