V10 water pump pulley

after installing one, did anyone notice any boost increase?

Not really talking about belt slip issues

And previously running the 3.4 pulley, would I be able to use the same belt if I installed one.

I have a V10 I'm not using anymore. I installed it a few weeks before I installed the 10% over drive with the 3.2 pulley. I noticed no changes nothing.

Everything you ever wanted to know about Saleen S/C belt/pulley combinations when using a stock diameter balancer:

Saleen 76mm Plastic Guided Smooth Idler Pulley – (00-1604-C09958):

• JDM recommends installing the OEM 90mm metal non-guided smooth idler pulley (Part # 1L2Z-8678-AB) removed in step 56 on page 27, rather than the Saleen supplied 76mm plastic guided smooth idler pulley (00-1604-C09958) at the position next to the P/S pump

Belt Selection:

• Gates K061080 Micro-V (13/16" x 108 ¾" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061080 (3.8", 3.6" & 3.4"* Pulleys Only). *The K061080 belt can be used with the 3.4" S/C pulley if used in combination with the V10 W/P pulley and 90mm OEM idler pulley in place of the 76mm Saleen idler pulley.

• Gates K061075 Micro-V (13/16" x 108 1/8" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061075 (3.4", 3.2"* & 3.0"* Pulleys Only) *When using 3.2" & 3.0" S/C pulleys, change W/P Pulley to F7UZ-8509-AA (5.515" diameter – 17.317" circumference) for a V10 truck application - improves S/C pulley belt wrap.

• Gates K061073 Micro-V (13/16" x 107 7/8" – 6 rib) or NAPA 25-061073 (2.87" S/C Pulley) When using 2.87" S/C pulley, change W/P Pulley to F7UZ-8509-AA (5.515" diameter – 17.317" circumference) for a V10 truck application - improves S/C pulley belt wrap.

Stock "GT" W/P pulley (F6TZ-8509-AA) is 5.082" diameter – 15.957" circumference. W/P speed is reduced 7.9% with a 5.5" V10 W/P (F7UZ-8509-AA) pulley. Tighten W/P pulley mounting bolts to 18 lb. ft.

S/C pulley mounting bolts: Torque to 150 lb./in.

OEM Belt Tensioner Modification: Trim stop tab off of tensioner mounting bracket

Saleen S/C Pulley: 06-1607-C13387B 2.87" (14.5 psi) – Machining front nose cone may be required on some early production S/Cs
