Vanity plates? who has?

I had one here in TX that said "SHHHHH" but someone took it while my car was down. Asshole!

The only way to keep it is to not let them expire.

What happened with mine was the while the car was down, they did away with my plate style. That alowed it to be availible on the new white plate design. Funny thing is there is more than just your car with the same wording on a TX plate. They allow the same letters for each style of plate.

It's the body style. Like 94-98= SN95, 99-04= new edge so on.
Me and nick (S197 GT) both have it.

Ok so I'm a newb at the whole vanity plate charges and what is considered a vanity plate. Is anything personalized a vanity plate or only if the plate is all letters with no numbers. Like my plate is "ERICE1" does this count as a vanity plate or just a normal plate?

Anything other than whats next in line for a plate fromthe DMV is vanity. Or basically anything you request that is not the next standard issue plate..

Mine says TWNSCRD (twinscrewed) for the Supercharger I have. Plate is an extra $50.00 in Jersey.......

I know our state charges more money on top of the regular registration fee, hense the ''vanity'' part.
