the ebay junk flawless for 2 years till sold. i think what he has will be fine ???

The sun shines on a dogs ass every once in awhile. lol

When I deleted the turbo, bov, and wg from the on3 kit it saved me like $150 iirc. The stuff is cheaply made overseas with no standards and inferioir materials. Why risk it?

If modding and getting new stuff, I would go with a bigger WG than 38. (Consider you will have to change some stuff in the piping)

He is stock block < 10psi.

A tial F38 on this kit will easily support 700rwhp+, I have zero creep or issues.

It doesn't matter, a bigger WG will have better control and WG are not horsepower rated as they have absolutely nothing to do with that. Put a huge spring and see power go thru the roof as it will never open.

It is not needed but once shopping I am only making a suggestion. I've tested, it works.

Specially on low boost levels.

Sure a bigger gate will have better/wider range of control and it wont hurt but theres no point for his setup. Size of the gate needed depends on the kit design(piping size, length, turbo placement etc) and placement of the gate as well as engine displacement and boost level(airflow), even reving to 7k rpms at 16psi I have no issues with the 38 controlling that cfm with size of the on3 piping and wg placement right at the 90 degree bend on the up pipe to the trubo. I put it in hp terms vice cfm as thats what most relate to.

Most I will do is, get a forged block and cams. But that is still a long ways away. The spring doesn't really matter, I'll just leave the lowest psi one on there, I have an EBC. So, yea, I'll stick with the 38mm.
50mm BOV is good though right?

I run the Tial 50mm no issues, The tial Q is the same 50mm bov it just flows more air per cycle and it costs a little more, its up to you which one you want. I got mine from Earl here on the forums for a great price otherwise If I was buying new I would have probably went with the Q.
