yea i can just about imagine , hell i deff wouldn't go far with them with the way the roads are in houston lmao , in all actuality im in houston right now

GT500's are overrated. I'm tempted to buy a GT-H and put my twin turbo system on it with a 300" three valve. That ought to piss off both the purists and the GT500 owners.

Don't get your hopes up people.

A 9" wheel with a 5.5" backspace and a 10" wheel with a 6.5" backspace will put the tires at the same distance from the wheelwells.

I have the Weld XP 15x9 with a 5.5" backspace and when you put a 28" tire on them they will rub if the car is lowered.
I ran 26" tires last season on them with no problems at.

I love the prostars and I would get them in a heartbeat if they would fit correctly.

The bottom line is for the S197 a 7.5" backspace is needed for a 10" wide rim.

Here you can see that with the 26" tire even at full squat with the rear suspension set to soft there is no problem. The tire is a M/T E.T. Street Radial 275/50 15"
